About

My first venture into writing was curriculum related. I spent many years developing courses of study for other people. Decided to market a collection of tried-and-true classroom activities. Many are available at TpT.

I ventured into print magazines in 2010 with the publication of ‘A Father’s Message’ in the summer edition of Renaissance, the trade magazine of RTO.

In 2011 The Monograph, the journal of the Ontario Association for Geographic and Environmental Education published  my lesson plan on Predicting Settlement Patterns.

To broaden my writing scope, in 2011, I contributed articles on a variety of subjects and became an editor for articles on geography.

I had read Chatham-born Lori Lansens’ book, The Girls and liked her technique of switching viewpoints about the same topic. It led me to do the same in  A Brother and Four Sisters,  a coming of age novel set in Galt (Cambridge) ON Canada. It is currently available in eBook form at Kobo.
